Do you provide delivery services?
We provide delivery services for all the items that our customers have bought from our shop. Delivery service will be free of charge.
How do I refund an item?
All items are not refundable. However, should any problem arise in the item you purchased, customers may file a complain to our customer service, we will send our workers within 3 days and replace the item with a new one.
What is your returns policy?
All purchased items are under warranty for 2 years. We will be responsible for all the flaw/defection of the items except for third-party violence.
How fast will i get my purchased item?
For delivery, the time differs for every locations. We are sorry for the inconvenience caused. Delivery time might be slow for some items due to the nature of the products being taken into consideration.
